Facebook and Instagram are effective advertising channels, however, if your advertising isn’t creative and doesn’t comply with advertising policies it will be difficult to reach your target audiences. A cosmethics brand often faces this challenge, as its ads can be flagged for ‘too much skin’ violations. Our Facebook experts and creative team came up with ad content that perfectly kept the creative in line with Nonna’s brand guidelines and key messaging while respecting the platform’s advertising policies. Launching new creative and an effective campaign strategy led to significant improvements, including CTRs increasing by 58%, CPMs decreasing by 16% and cost per purchase decreasing by 23%.
With a growing newsletter and customer email subscriber base, each email has potential to generate new sales. We focused our efforts on growing Nonna’s list size, targeting consumers with pop ups, and creating a Welcome Series, Checkout Abandonment and Post Purchase flow that after tour first year generated 17% of total revenue and 46% of email revenue.
