1.   Object

STRAT, as responsible for the website, places at the disposal of users the present document which aims to comply with the obligations set out under Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11th July, on Services of the Information Company and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as to inform all users of the website of the conditions of use of the same.

Any person accessing this website assumes the role of user, committing to the observance and strict compliance with the provisions herein, as well as any other legal provision that may be applicable. Access, browsing and use of the website entails and implies acceptance by the user of the website of this legal notice.

STRAT reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without there being any obligation to give prior notice or inform users of said modifications, in the understanding that the publication of said modifications on the website shall be sufficient.

2.   Responsibility

STRAT shall be exempt from any liability of any kind deriving from the information published on its website, provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party external to the same.

In the event that a user considers that there is any content on the website which may be considered to contravene national or international legislation, the rights of third parties or morality and public order, he/she is requested to notify the manager of the website immediately. 3.   Intellectual and industrial property

The website (including, but not limited to, its programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, designs, logos, text and/or graphics) is the property of STRAT or, where applicable, has a licence or express authorisation from the authors for the use of the same.

Regardless of the purpose for which it is intended, total or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution, public communication, transformation and/or commercialisation requires, in all cases, prior written authorisation from STRAT. Any use not previously authorised by STRAT shall be considered a serious breach of the intellectual or industrial property rights of which STRAT is the owner or licensee.

The designs, logos, text and/or graphics which do not belong to STRAT and which may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who shall themselves be responsible for any possible controversy which may arise with respect to the same. In any case, STRAT has the express and prior authorisation of the said owners for the use of the same.

STRAT acknowledges in favour of its owners the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights, and the mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply the granting of rights to STRAT or any assumption of responsibility for the same, nor any endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by STRAT.

4.   Applicable law and jurisdiction

For the resolution of all disputes or queries related to this website or the activities carried out therein, Spanish law shall apply, to which the parties expressly submit themselves, and the Courts of the city of Madrid shall be competent for the resolution of all disputes arising from or related to its use.
