Paid Media Specialist

The challenge:

We are looking for a Paid Media Consultant with 1-2 years of experience as a Paid Media role or similar.

What are we looking for?

  • One or two years of experience managing campaings on the main search engines (Google and Bing) focused on results and performance, from definition, setup, execution and optimization
  • Experience on other channels such as Social Ads (Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, Twitter Ads…) video ads, shopping ads, native ads…
  • Good communication skills, both between you and our clients and to support channels and suppliers
  • Analytical vision for the measurement of the results, extracting qualitive messages based on the data for the consequent optimization of strategies and campaigns
  • Professional working english

Responsabilities include

  • Client management with daily dialogue, solving doubts about the campaigns and projects
  • Execute, supervise and coordinate the development of campaigns, sending analysis, optimizations, monthly closings of each account and channels.
  • Collaborate in the training of less experienced professionals in terms of work procedures and tools.
  • Creation of work methodologies that make the team more efficient.
